If it she is hot she needs to be cooled down. A good blow job from her air conditioner should be just the right trick. It is so nice of your wife to share you with your neighbors.

If you have problems with your wife get some help
remember making fast choices give you short results and everything has its consequences a one time deal is not worth it if you will end up being alone for the rest of your life (this can and has hapen to many people). Chances are that if she does except you this tells you two thing about her already:
1.) she is not a friend or a person you can trust
2.) what goes around comes around, if you do get together with her she will most likely cheat on you and run off with some other guy.
another thing looks are not everything the heart is what really counts.
