I symphatize with you I have the same problem only i go through it the entire pregnancy. Try some crackers a milk shake eat little portions several times a day. I doubt you'll be able to eat a regular meal. so just munch on stuff throughout the day. fruits crackers. toast helped me. drink plenty of water and milk if you can. keep your fluids in you. try not to drink to much pop if your getting sick all the time it will dehydrate you faster. milkshakes are a yummy way of keeping calories. don't worry about your weight too much I hardly gained any with my daughter and I was worried but she came out just fine every pregnancy is different. like I said I went through that the entire pregnancy and I'm doing it again now. ask your doctor if your really worried try to take your prenatal vitamins do it at night that's your best bet right before bed. I know there's nothing that even sounds good to you right now and your appetite is probably nonexistent but try to eat little things a bite here and there every couple of hours or so. soup or roman noodles? cereal helped me too. like I said every pregnancy is different and you'll figure out what's right for you. good luck! and congrats

Oh man - been there and so done that!!! That is an awful experience, because I bet you are really hungry too, huh??
The only thing I could handle was liquids and soft foods that went down FAST - homemade smoothies, milk, yogurt, fruits, veggies - and NO meat or anything that I could chew. I also ended up being gestationally diabetic, and I wonder if the high blood sugar was what aggravated my nausea and extreme tiredness? Now that I have been eating more protein foods I feel a lot better. Maybe that will help you too. The only thing I really want to eat is lunchmeats (chicken) in packets, and peanut butter sandwiches.
I hope you feel better soon. Everybody experiences morning (don't they mean all day?) sickness a little differently and probably for different reasons - try eating more protein foods I guess is my advice for you. :)

At this point, don't worry about your weight. Just worry about getting food into your body. Try smoothies. They are packed with fruit and calories. And if you get them at a smoothie stand, you can add vitamins. Apples and strawberries are always a safe bet. Apples are the most common cravings in pregnant women regardless of the sex of the baby. They go down easy and they don't have a strong smell that would make you sick. Good luck.

Oh guy, i won't even start to enable you realize the way nicely I understand your soreness. I experienced the comparable right ingredient. attempt saltines. For slightly protein advance - upload peanut butter to the saltines. additionally, low-sugar, carbonated beverages helped me out plenty. it is trouble-loose for the 1st trimester and could no longer impression the toddler's progression until eventually you attain the later ranges of being pregnant. fortuitously, nausea many times ends with the 1st trimester. If it hinders your skill to go out or run needed errands, your surgeon factors you with anti-nausea drugs.

For me the only thing was bland fruit pears, bananas, certain apples.
If that stayed down and I felt ok then I'd try some protein -cheese or yogurt because I couldn't handle meat.
