i have been goin to gym for about few months and everytime i do cardio exersice but couple days ago i got a trainer and he told me to bulk up and i did weight lifting for first time for about 40 minutes and my upper body kinda hurts............. is that normal for first time? if not should i continue lifting weights? and what should i take to get rid of this pain?

I like this guy at my school he's 18 Im 16. He's REALLY shy, I can be at times. like when it comes to a relationship I haven't been in a real relationship. I don't thik he haseather before. He wont even drink a beer. My friends say to write him a note, cuz they say if I was to say i like you in person he wont have time to time of a responce. I am levine firday morning for DC and will be gone for 2 weeks. do you think I should give it to him thusday and he can wonder all week. or should I give it eather in the next fwe days or once I get back from DC. If I give it once I get back I can party with who I want and do what I want in DC. please help my im not good at these types of things ;)

He was good when he was sober, but when he drank he became abusive. It has been a year since I left, and I am finding it hard to leave the house. I just don't know how to move on. Any suggestions? I am really getting lonely. I lost alot of friends because of leaving him. They just did not know what he was like at home. He was never abusive in public, but he drank much more when he was home. I enjoy having a few drinks, but I hate to argue. I just could not take it any more.

I bought one of these hard-floor upright vax cleaners for my mum (save her cleaning kitchen floor with a floor rag on her old knees).

There is a bracket which comes with it, screws, plastic screw-plugs... so it could be conventiently hung up on a wall when not in use (like under the stairs).

I'd like to fit that part up but don't know how. I've got a device to check theres no live electricity cables behind the wall, and I've got an electric drill set. Last time I tried to put shelves up I destroyed the wall... well left big holes in it anyway which were too big for the screw plugs.

What's the best way and order in which to drill/fit screws/screw-plugs for such a thing please ? (I've always wanted to know this) Thanks.

some political organisation motivates the cricketer fans for the attack on cricketers home or their family. Media instead of criticising this act they flash this news as headline. Some of media channels are creating negative views against cricket and cricketers. I feel if they give suggestion instead of unwanted criticism may be helpful for indian cricket. I have A '98 Ford F-150 Super Cab 4.6 V8. I just got it 3 weeks ago. The engine light flashes for a little while then stays on. If i give it a little gas it starts to shake and spit and sputters, but if I give it alot of gas or idle I have no problems. Im thinking its the plugs and/or wires. Is their something else i need to worry about?
