Just wondering since in the bible it says that God created THIS earth and not any others. But since it's improbable that we are alone in the universe, did another God create other planets with intelligent life just like ours did? And if so, doesn't that mean that there isn't only one God?

They probly have their own. But they are obviously smarter than us seeing as they fly their UFOs over here, so I'm not sure if they believe in anything at all...

The universe has been around for billions of years, and will be around for billions more. How do we know life on other planets - created by God - has not alredy run it's course? After life on earth is gone, how do we know God does not intend to start again on a new planet?

The presence of life on other planets bears no connection to the salvation history of this one. Since life on other planets remains to be found, we cannot simply conclude that odds alone dictate there is life elsewhere. There is simply not enough information available at this time to make a reasonable conclusion.

Let's assume for a moment that life did exist on other planets...Yes, the same God who created life on earth will have created life elsewhere in the universe. The Bible teaches that there is only one God, and that one God created the entire universe. Doesn't it stand to reason that, if God created the entire universe, He could also create life anywhere within that universe?

You are misconstruing the Bible. " God created the Heavens and the Earth. He also created the stars and the host of them." While this isn't verbatim from the Bible, I do recall this. God did create other planets. The Bible does NOT state that life exists on other planets. Why is it improbable that we are not alone? I believe we are. Don't believe in the hype you read or see on television.

We are alone in the cosmos. A perfect God would be imperfect if He created others. This would imply that He would have to deliver a new revelation to these other worlds, yet God clearly stated that the Bible was His last and final word to us. Christ, the second person of the Trinity, would have died in vain, as He would have to have died all over again elsewhere in the universe.

An omipotent God cannot create a morally free creature incapable of choosing evil. These other worlds, if inhabited would consist of morally free creatures. As such, some would choose evil and the first paragraph above applies. Q.E.D.

i have self assurance God created evolutionary and organic and organic approaches and then enable nature (small "n" as in physics and chemistry) take its direction. i have self assurance there should be a tie between what the Bible says and what technology has got here across to be actuality (no longer conjecture, no longer idea, basically actuality). at the same time as/if God is able as an instance this tie, he will eliminate the scales from our eyes. there are distinct different issues He has yet to bare, including the area of Noah’s Ark, the Arc of the Covenant, and so on. (previous answer from logjam600 that I believe ? I even do not have any problem seeing God making use of the technique of evolution to create existence in this international. If fundamentalists get disenchanted over the time differential, they ought to bear in options that "one thousand years are yet because the former day with God." (playstation . ninety:4.) Time is relative. more beneficial, God is the God of all existence; He provides each species time to exercising consultation its own existence and area of interest in the ecology.)

Actually the Bible says He created the HEAVENS and the Earth...that includes all the other planets....the Bible DOES NOT say one way or the other if He created life on other planets.
In either case, there is only one true and living God. What is it to me if the Lord wills to have life on other planets??? It's His business. Would i be curious to know, certainly...but it's really not my business until He makes it mine.
I've enough to deal with here...
Mat 6:33 But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added to you.
Mat 6:34 Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow; for tomorrow shall be anxious for its own things. Sufficient to the day is the evil of it.

I have thought about this too. It goes back to the Jewish interpretation of there is Hell, earth (as in ground), and two heavens, one that is the sky and one that is the Kingdom. If you believe in life on other planets as I do, you understand how this all comes into play. Man understands himself as a creature of the earth. He knows there is the heaven that is the sky, and he knows that there is the heaven that is the Kingdom. He also, of course, knows there is a Hell. I think anyone who believes in good over evil believes in punishment for evil, no matter what another world would call it or believe it to be. If there is life on other planets they share the same Creator, and He communicates to them the same prophecies and promises.

Since God created the universe it only stands to reason that He would be the God of life on any and all planets that have intelligent life. It would be interesting to find out if they rebelled as badly as the people on this planet did.

Just remember, the Bible was given to people who needed information on who God was and how to interact with Him. Telling them about other planets would only have confused them. God increases our understanding as we learn more about the universe we live in.

It said God created the heavens and the earth so I think that includes everything in the universe.

Our God created us in His image. So the little green men had to have been created in the image of a little green God. The Daleks were created by a Dalek God and the Borg by a Borg God. Yup. Makes perfect sense.
