Take some aspirin for the pain. It is normal to feel "sore" after working out. "Pain" is not so good. Give muscle groups a day off between workouts to recover. You might need to evaluate the amount of weight you are lifting. Or lower your reps while your muscles adjust.
The most important thing is to be consistent and stay with it.

It's normal. Avoid lifting while you are still sore, give time for the muscles to repair. Do plenty of stretching before and after the lifting also.
