Ive been exercising lately
and my legs are hurting be very much..
I think coze Im doing too much exercise at my legs.

Two hundred years ago we fought a bloody civil war so that African americans wouldnt have to pick our cotton and do the jobs we didnt want to do. Why then is our goverment saying it is ok for us to use illegal immagrants to do the same thing today? This is slavery all over again using a different minority! Isnt anyone out there getting the connection but me! Slavery is slavery no matter how you try to sugercoat it! It needs to be stopped! What are your thoughts?

I would like to purchase a Logitech AudioStation which is a iPod docking station with a tuner. The website says that the tuner is an AM/FM digital radio. Is this the same as DAB? I would like to be able to tune into DAB only channels such as BBC7 or BBC World, will I be able to do it using the Logitech device?

My back is full of tiny spots, just my back and i have this for 8 years now. it wont go away. Its not acne, its not itchy, its just tiny spots. im not sick or anything.. i have a ford explorer whith an auto trans it is four by four also-- it is strange it leaks about a quart of fluid all at once every four or five days but seems to run fine after that what would cause this == it has a new gasket on the trans pan and new filter-- it seems to do it when it gets hot or i drive it long distances

According to an amazing documentary I saw ("Blue Vinyl"), credit cards are among the many things we use in our daily lives which are made of vinyl. It seems that vinyl is one of those evil materials, in that both creating it and destroying it (burning) uses and creates such toxic by-products that one house fire involving a house with vinyl siding can lace an entire town with toxic fumes that get into the air, water and soil. So quite understandably, this worries me. The link to the credit cards? Well, I received my new credit cards lately, and I've been told to destroy my old ones. But how? Apparently, there's no special site that accepts this kind of toxic waste, mostly because governments see it as perfectly safe and harmless. So can anyone confirm whether credit cards are made of vinyl and perhaps offer suggestions on how to safely dispose of them? (I've heard that you just can't!) Thanks!

Many players claim they love their club , their heart is there, and they'll stay for the rest of their careers. Then contract and pay time comes up, and all of the sudden, all that love talk is history and they're disgruntled until they have their way.
Now, Lamps - Chelsea icon no doubt - reportedly wants more money, as much as Ballack and Sheva at least, otherwise he'll "buy" himself out of his contract. Dunno how true these report are, but... Is it just the media making it sound bad or do players all have their mouth where the money is? Should Chelsea fulfill his wishes (and perhaps make their supporters pay for it, ontop of their already astronomical ticket prices) or should they just let him walk? What do you think.

im 32weeks+2days pregnant. my first child is 5 yrs old..he was born by emergency C-section because i had pre-eclampsia..
i went for my routine check up with midwife yesterday and she found 'protiene' in my urine sample. she has sent it off for tests.. im not scared that it may come back pre-eclampsia.. what happens if it is? the first time they didnt find i had it till 39 weeks at the hospital and i passed out 2 times..midwife wont tell me much.. plus also they want me to go naturally this time.. and people are freaking me out by saying that when they did it their scares weeped and split..sick i know.. i have asked for appointments to those closes where they teach u how to breath etc during labour only to b told i wont b offered them this time coz i have had 1 child *even if i didnt have it naturally* so im really scared bout labour!!.. help!

living in a tree outside your bedroom window? When i lived w/my parents, i had a pair of cardinals that lived in a cedar tree outside my bedroom window. Now i live in a 1 story apt. and outside my bedroom window there is a pair of mating cardinals in the tree out there! Does this have any type of meaning?
