My back is full of tiny spots, just my back and i have this for 8 years now. it wont go away. Its not acne, its not itchy, its just tiny spots. im not sick or anything.. Does anyone know what it is?? and how to get rid of it?? Im stuck with it for almost half of my life.. I WANNA GET RID OF IT.. huhuhu... My dermatologist said its hereditary.. but i don't know...

As a Physician Assistant I would ask your dermatologist if he/she would check for skin cancer. It is not a pleasant test but, I would want to know. The back is a hard spot to get the right amount of sun block so I would check with your dermatologist, good luck.
