I am a generally healthy white 41-year-old female with a pretty poor diet due to trying to keep my weight down. I do know that I suffer from anemia, but iron pills and vitamins don't seem to be the best way to raise my hemoglobin. I would rather do it by eating a healthy diet.

My boyfriend is a healthy white 56-year-old male who had bladder cancer a couple of years ago, but has since recovered. He does smoke, but is currently trying to quit. His diet is fairly good, but could be better.

Anyway, my question is this..............

We are both very interested in a healthy diet and we would like to make whatever changes are needed to bring about optimum health. What kind of diet do we consider? Where can I find additional information on the diet, like recipes, shopping lists, etc..?

This spring break my dad and I are going to the east and we're taking a plain. But it will be my first time fly EVER! what do I have to expect? I've never been really into flying could you give me some good preflit ideas to relax? What can I and can't I take on the plain? Ex: could I take my Mp3 players?

He has let her see him use the bathroom. I have heard (that even if it is the father) that it is a felony offense. It's considered lewd behavior in front of a minor. She is going for weekend visits.

OK my to be MIL is driving me crazy... nick picking every detail of my wedding the latest is the invitation... because my parents are divorced and my dad died last year of cancer I have chosed not to put parents name ont he invite. Mind you I am paying for this wedding with money my father left me after he died... and me and my to be husband are going to pay it back over a years time.she wanted to put her name on the invite because she is his mother and she wants people to know she is his mother...After test printing the invite i decided to just have our names mind and my to be husbands... which she shared her displeasure in. But she had to nerve to call me yesterday and tell me I needed to change the invite because the man's name comes first always. Am I crazy or does the womans name come first because I have looked all over the net and they womans name is first on everything. I have given her specific duties. flowers, centerpieces, and my favors... Please help she still nick picking!

In late August 2005, the Phoenix Police Department began conducting a broad investigation into distribution of the drug Ecstasy. Police search patterns included many neighborhoods in close proximity to the local university. The department was able to ascertain a description of potential Ecstasy distributors from what it considered a reliable source.
Officers Kevin Sedwick and Todd Melbourne were on patrol through the streets of north Phoenix when they spotted two college-age males walk into a pizzeria fitting the source’s description of the potential Ecstasy distributors. The officers entered the parking lot and witnessed these two men speaking to an older man behind the counter. An exchange of unknown items took place, and the two men immediately left the restaurant. They returned to their vehicle, left the parking lot and drove west on Sugar Hill Drive.
Sedwick and Melbourne followed the vehicle north on States Road to the Sunset End Motel, just south of the 202 Freeway. The officers drove into the motel parking lot and witnessed the two men from pizzeria knock on Room 126. The door opened and the two men walked inside.
Officers Sedwick and Melbourne approached Room 126, knocked on the door and announced their presence. Behind the door, the officers heard what they later described as a “rustling” noise. A female, later identified as a student of the university and renter of Room 126, opened the door. With her consent, the officers entered the room. They heard a toilet flush and witnessed the two men exit the bathroom, nervous with pale faces. The officers again noted they fit the description of the potential Ecstasy distributors. Officer Melbourne walked into the bathroom and observed several pills on the floor around the toilet. The men were arrested.
Four baggies of Ecstasy pills, later retrieved from a thorough search of the bathroom plumbing, were used as evidence against the men.
