It is on US 27, Northwest of Cincinnati, West of Hamilton, SE of Richmond, Indiana. US 27 Connects Cincinnati-Oxford-Richmond. Oxford is the home of Miami University, and there is a half marathon there called "The State to State" since you start in Ohio, go into Indiana, and then come back over.
