They turn them inside out, looking for socks to eat....
Mine turns inside out clothes rightside in looking for them. It gets a healthy helping of socks about twice a week... I never know how many socks are missing.......

Good question. I am going to turn them inside out tonight when I do laundry. Then see if they turn right side out. And why does the washing machine eat socks? I think their is a troll in the washing machine that likes to flip clothes inside out and wear mismatched socks!

It is those sock monkeys again, I keep trying to keep them in their cages, but still they get out and then innocent people like yourself post questions about their laundry doing different things. I will try to keep them under lock and key. =)

I hate that.
I also hate when the dryer rips my bra cleanly in half. I never heard of that happening before--low and behold it did!!!!
