I already installed directx 9.0c but on dxdiag (after restarting), it still shows that my DirectX version is still 9.0b.

Let's say for 1 DUI....a Contempt of Court.....and Perjury charge?

Do all the judges charge about the same price?

Can you bribe the court clerks to make sure you get the right judge in the first place?

And once you have been appointed to a judge...do you have to pay all the bribe money up front?

As a parent who would you let your daughter spend the night with?

Girl A: Age 15. Wears a mini 80% of the time no matter what the weather is, with 4 inch heels, low cut or tube tops with no bra. Has no b/f. When she goes out she call her folks to check in every hour on the hour and is home by 10am sharp. Has a B+ to A average in school. Lives in a household that doesn't smoke or drink and she follows suit. Is not on the pill.

Girl B: Age 13 1/2. Dresses boyish, not sexy in the least. When she does wear girlie tops you can see she wears a bra. Has had b/f since she was 11, and had 5 in the last 2 1/2 years. Often does not get home until after 12 midnight and many times not until 2am, and her parents don't seem to care. Has drinking and smoking in the home. Even though you never seen her smoking or smelled it on her, she was sent home from school once for being drunk. Is often left on her own for many hours. Barely holding on to a C- average. Rumored to give other girls condoms.

i have a boyfriend.... we have a mutual frend who is in touch wid me. we chat often whenever we can. He has a flirtaciious way of talkin wid me. i think he likes me. But lately, becoz of some personal probs he has not been talkin wid me d way he usually does. Recently my jaw started clicking but now when i went to the orthodontist to get my brace fitted he kept my mouth open for aprox 30 mins. As he was doing this my jaw got stiffer and stiffer i thought this was just the brace. I am now on my second day of the jaw problem . I cannot open my jaw wider than about a cm. But last night i went to sleep and it was ok for about 10 minutes and after the 10 minutes it went stiff again. Does anyone know what this is ?

She said the bible is HOLY and it should be reserved for bedtime reading, when we are less vulnerable to temptations and sins. That was almost 15 yrs ago, a bookworm kid who ran out of books and thought the bible might be available to read....What is your arguments on this?

my mom's family migrated here a while back from Italy, so i always thought we were Italian by ...WRONG!!! eva since i was a lil kid, i was always into Indian culture, i speak a few Indian languages pretty well, and I also practice/believe in Hnduism...my lil sister always told me that we're gypsy ...but i always ignored her, cuz i always thought i was white...since i look it. but a few years ago, she told me that our fourfathers are gypsies (romani) from Indiia...and my mom dont look white eitha...naturally she got thick black bulky hair with a kinda tan skin n heavy features...well, i got excited, n told everyone about it...when she realised i was excited, she said "nevamind...we're still white"...n i got kinda disappointed...but my sister still talks about our ethnicity, and my mom neva got along with her Indian co-workers...does this have anything to do with her denial? i dunno what i should mark down next time i gotta important questionairre as far as ethnicity?
