Gilbert Ricardo sounds nice, and Gil is a great nickname, very strong and cool.

If I had to pick one, it would be Geffrie Antonio. I just don't like the name Gilbert at all. I don't like the way Geffrie is spelled, but Geffrie Antonio sounds better than Gilbert Ricardo.
I know you don't want other options, but Ricardo Antonio sounds the best.

Geffrie Antonio
I like Geffrie more than Gilbert. A little more mainstream. But Gil when the baby gets older will work well too.

Well, I'm not a real big fan of the name Gilbert or Geffrie spelled that way, but if I had to pick one...I would choose Geffrie Antonio. Reasoning behind my choice is that Geffrie can shorten his name and it still sounds good, Geff or Jeff. Whatever. If you shorten Gilbert, you get Gil and Gil, eh, just doesn't sound as cute as Geff.
