i need some really good tips for singing really high and getting high notes i am just learnig to sing and i really want to be a singer could some one give me some real good singing tips.. it would be most appreciated

If you are just starting out, please be patient. You need to get your middle voice in order first, otherwise your high voice will not grow out from there properly.
If it turns out that you are a high soprano( and they are not the most numerous amongst sopranos by a long shot) then those notes will develop very easily. If you are a little lower than that, which is still a soprano voice, it'll take some work to get those notes in the same line as you lower notes. If you turn out to be a mezzo-soprano or an alto, be prepared to work hard for little success. Although the lower women's voices can get up to a High C, it doesn't have the same quality that the highest voices have. Without knowing that much, it's hard to prescribe anything to help you.
In general, you want to find your way into your upper voice with ease and no strain, so pay attention to everything that has to do with relaxing your jaw and tongue. Also, as a statue without a pedestal tends to fall over, so will a high range without a good foundation in the middle and lower ranges. Pay attention to breath support exercises, as they also provide most of that pedestal.
