Hello, does anyone know of any natural muscle relaxers? I am currently taking Motrin 600 mgs and Tylenol w/ codiene for tension and pain in my jhead. I do not want t become addicted to these pills. I really would like a natural alternative.

I am just wondering, I see on tv shows all the time these women who lose weight and their body for example: breasts stomach and inner thighs sag, very low. I have lost a significant amount of weight, 60 pounds to be exact. However I am concerned my skin will sag. If that is the case, I prefer being fat.

My friend has been at this new firm for five months and still does not have an actual job. She just trains for another's position, and replaces them for the required term, then trains for another and replaces them. This is not through a temp agency and this type of position was not discussed at hire. She was permantly, full time employed. She was offended by being called 'the relief' after all this time.
Any suggestions or experiences you have will be appreciated.
