I've never tried it, but I've heard juice diets pretty much will clean you out to where you'll lose 5 pounds in a week, however, I've heard negative effects with that. Tiredness, crankiness, dizziness. If you're overweight, you can pretty much lose 5lbs in a week just by changing your eating habits and getting in at least 45 minutes of exercise a day. If you're close to your normal weight, good luck!

5lbs would only be water weight. You can lose that much in a day or so if you didn't eat anything at all. (that's obviously not healthy) but it's also just water weight.

Try going on a liquid diet for the week and see how much you can lose. I'm sure it will be more than 5lbs, but it'll also be hard to stick with for the whole time. But it is possible.

most doctors and nutritionists say 2lbs a week is safe. if its your 1st week working out and dieting u could lose more...but most likely its just water weight. even people who claimed to lose like 10lbs a week even if they do its not healthy.

but pretty much keep track of everything you eat for a week calculate the amount of calories you intake and make sure you are burning more calories you are taking in. look at little eating habits you can cut back on like a soda here or a snickers there. and excerise

try this if it works: is called 5.3.5.3.5.3.5 heehaw.but dis involves hard work do this every day and you might see if it works, first you have to have a jumping rope/a skipping rope / what ever you call it and do a 5 Min's. jumping rope and w/ every 5 Min's. there will be a 30 secs. rest so the total training you will be in to weight loss is 20Min's. per day isn't that en ought but if u still can make more time add another 5Min's. as long as your body tells you that you already have en ought..

its not heathly to loose that much you should only loose 2lbs a week any doctor can tell you that. you have to exercise a little every day atleas thirty minutes to an hour what ever you can take and eat more nutrious and watch your fat and calorie intake.

theres 3500 cals in a pound of fat. If you unactive and a girl you probobly burn about 1500 cals per day. To loose five pounds of fat you need to burn 17,500 cals. It is impossible to do if you are only burning 1500 cals per day. you need to burn 2500 cals per day and eat absolutely nothing to loose 5 pounds in a week. I recomend running 2 hours perday adn dont eat anything at all. That is the ONLY WAY TO DO IT. Just dont die while your at it!

hmm i dont think thats possible.if it is it 's bad for you! i remember when i was trying to loose weight.thats how i was thinkin,but i just drank alot of water took hydroxycut.ate a balance diet.and worked out.i lost 2 lbs a week! hey i was happy.

Easy, dont eat alot....and watch your SODIUM intake. You'll drop at least that much in water weight.
