I'm taking 15 hours of college, and work around 40 hours a week. School is important to me, so I study a lot during the times I'm not working. But, it seems like when I stop to take a breath, there is noone around. Am I working too hard, or taking things too seriously? I have some definite goals that I'm working toward, but lately I've been thinking its not worth it.

Serbian President Boris Tadic said that whilst it is against indepence there is nothing he can do to stop it http://www.b92.net/eng/news/politics-article.php?yyyy=2007&mm=03&dd=03&nav_category=90&nav_id=39936

I agree I think that it is stupid to stop it when nearly 90% of the population are in favour of indepence.
And the best way to ensure human rights for Serbs there is to negotiate with the Albanians and sign the Artishari plan

What do you think should happen to Kosovo. Should Serbs (from outside Kosovo have a say)

I was wondering... if Green Tea is so good for humans, maybe it's good for cats and other animals? My cat loves eating grass and such- maybe he'll enjoy green tea leaves?
(i know, it sounds wierd-but it's just out of curiousity.)

Florida (the state that has the most rigid sex offender laws) put a new law on the table. This new law states that a sex offender who has a child (THEIR OWN BIOLOGICAL CHILD) - can NOT change their child’s diaper without somebody from ‘children and family services’ or somebody from law enforcement in the same room. If they are caught changing their child’s diaper without supervision, they will be arrested on a 3rd degree felony.

SO… if it is 9:00 at night, and a child’s diaper needs to be changed – they FIRST have to call some form of legal supervision. THEN… they have to WAIT until supervision arrives. THEN… and ONLY THEN can they change the diaper.

The law also states that if it is an emergency, they can rush the child to a nearby hospital to change the diaper – BUT they have to go to the nearest precinct and fill out paperwork right after the ‘incident’.

I call it resting. She will lay there or sit in her swing with her eyes closed but any movement or noise around her wakes her. When she sleeps, nothing will wake her. She will rest too as long as it is quiet. Is that anything to be concerned about? Is it normal? Has anyone else experienced this?

I am managing a scholarship database. In it, there are student IDs. A scholarship is assigned to a student by semester, so if a student is here in the fall and spring semesters, they are entered twice in two different fields. I need access to count each student only ONE time. I am trying to use the count distinct function, but it is not working for me. My statement looks something like this:

SELECT Count (DISTINCT t_scholarship_offered.student_id)

I keep getting this error message: Syntax error (missing operator) in query expression 'Count (Distinct......)' What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance!

I'd like to have a vegetable garden this year. I'd like it to be as close to totally organic as possible. Problem is, I have tons of deer and I don't want them to be eating everything I'm trying to grow.

Also, what about insects? Is there anything that can be done about them?

I'll probably get it started w/ some organic, store bought soil, then begin composting for next year's fertilizer.

Thanks in advance for your suggestions?

A single co-worker of the opposite sex who does the following for you, romantic interest or friendship?
showing concern when you are sick, offer snacks and cookies, offer to accompany you when you are alone for lunch or dinner, bring you dinner when you missed a company dinner, drives you to work occassionally, invites you for dinner. Have no reservations about showing his care and concern. Flirts with you occasionally (not a sexual way)

I thought he was showing romantic interest.

But, when I ask him to join my husband and I for dinner, he is ok with it. So does it mean I had misread his signs and that it is purely friendship?
