Use a tin of chopped tomatoes, some fresh basil, a few sun dried tomatoes, red onions and chopped bacon - if you really want an extra taste you could add some peperroni slices as well....... a fantastic quick red pasta dish that you can serve with almost anything or as a dish on its own....
TRULY SCRUMPTIOUS!!!!!

Buy some turkey steaks and cut into strips - cook egently in a frying pan with some peri peri sauce - then cook the pasta - add some peri peri or lime and corriander sauce to the pasta and add the strips of cooked turkey. Lovely .

Alternatively do the same with beef medallions and try some different sauces out.

The great thing about pasta is that it's so versitile. Anything that tastes good, tastes good with pasta! Below are some of my favorite combinations. Experiment, taste as you go, and invent your own favorites!

Chopped tomatoes, basil, garlic, and olive oil and salt. perhaps a dash of basalmic vinegar.

Cheese, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, carrots, green onions, and italian dressing. Capers are really good here. Serve this one chilled. You can also add cut summer sausage or salami even pepperoni.

Grilled chicken, chopped, with herbs and garlic and and splash of olive oil. Maybe add some paremesan cheese.
