I have a connection to my BT Broadband via cable linkup - however I am fed up with certain people coming into the house & somehow using my broadband via a laptop - how can I block this so that the only person using the broadband is me on my PC ?

I'm 5'7, 171 lbs. Within the past 2 months I lost 10 lbs. I have NOT enjoyed the past 2 months though. I work my butt off by exercising, I eat very healthy, but I am just NOT enjoying it. These 10 lbs I have lost have given me a HUGE boost in self esteem. I have never been unhealthy. I am never sick....no health scares of any sorts.

Has anyone else given up the dieting mentality and just gone with the flow? Ate what you wanted to eat, exercised when you wanted to exercise?

Hi, I have a 11 week old shih Tzu and he isn't feeling well. Last night by son was coloring and he must have dropped a crayon and i caught my shih Tzu eating it. It was a red crayon, i think he ate about 75% of the crayon. The crayon is non- toxic.

He was fine last night, running and playing. However this morning I woke up at 6:30, and my Shih Tzu (Nico) was whining and struggling to poo. After 15 minutes of struggling he finally got out a hard piece of poo, it had pieces of red crayon in it. I thought he would be better now, but he is still constantly pooing little amounts, but you can tell he still wants to do more but can't get it out. Also his butt looks red and sore.

I already called my vet and a another vet, and they both told me to wait, because its just a upset stomach and he will pass it, but i am very worried because he is normally very active at this time, but now he is lying down and wants to be alone.

Has anyone ever experienced this before? Any expert advice?

I moved to Puerto Rico over a year ago. When I got here, I knew NO spanish. Now, I hear people speaking and I can pick up on what's going on. I know a little spanish but I don't speak spanish to anyone (not even my husband) I am terrified of sounding ridiculous, so I make everyone speak english to me. When I go to the bank or the store and need something, I will wait on someone to get someone that speaks english. I can't even bring myself to say Gracias. Does anyone know why this is? Will I ever get over it? How do I speak spanish without making a fool of myself? PLEASE HELP.
