If my husband's duty station was changed but our permanent address is in another state which address do I put on our tax forms?

You use the address where you want to receive mail. That may be your current duty station or your permanent address, wherever you want to receive your mail.

If this is in regards to US taxes, your permanent address is what you list with your military branch. If that has changed, then it will be the address that you reside in. If you had earnings from multiple States then you may have to file non or part year resident returns from those States.
If you are a U.S. Military member, there is free tax assistance for you, and if you don't understand your tax benefits it could make thousands of dollars of difference by taking advantages of your possible credits by getting professional tax assistance.
