it is important for a person to find the right way here ....
1. if u r a brilliant student & u r interested in research u join mtech
u don't want to study more
2. join the job the best
all the best...

MBA is a better option if you can finance it. If you can finance then go for a job, save for MBA and do it. M.Tech. is good for further study with teaching jobs.
