OK here is the problem. My hair is the type that only looks good when it is straightened, i only stragiten it about 3 times a week but it looks burnt. I use brilliant brunette to protect it, just got it cut to chop all the died ends off, but it still looks fried. What do i do?

my mom is a 74 year old diabetetic who is on oxygen and Dr. says she needs 24 hr care...i do know how to take good care of her..but i can't work and take care of her at the same time.
i was told there may be a way the state might pay me so that i could stay at home to take care of her full time...we have done tried nursing homes,,she just got worse there ending up with bed sores causing her to go to hospital.....please someone HELP she so wants to stay at home....she has paid her dues in Life.

When my mother was pregnant with me my aunt told her about a wifes tail that says if you have darker nipples then you will have a boy and if they are lighter then it is a girl. I was woundering if anyone that has been pregnant has looked and noticed if this was true or not?? I am 19 weeks pregnant and just trying to guess what I am going to end up having and so I thought I would have some fun with it.
