where can i find a software that could convert word star files to ms word file?

Word should have a converter that can do this for you. If you try to open them in Word and it can't understand the file type, do the MS Word install again and add the converters feature.

You may have to reformat a bit, but I think your best bet would be to open the WordStar file, click FILE> Save as and change the 'Save as type' to Rich Text Format.

Then open the RTF file with Word and re-save in the Word format.
