no it is not the same and yes you can. If I think of lets see... uuuhm... robbie williams... nice looks... nice voice... not my type but anyway.... that's thinking...
Now if you fantasize it becomes (in my opinon) an erotic thinking. now I can fantasize I am with robbie williams, but I do not want to be with him.... that is very clear to me. that's why it's called fantasy. lets you explore all kind of possibilities and yet keep you able to make choices.
