When I first started working out I lost five pounds...but a month later, I'm gaining the pounds back and haven't seen a difference in my waist. My main problem is my tummy-I'm working on really building my abdominal muscles. Anyone know when I can expect results and how often I should be working out? I'd really appreciate any tips.

My boyfriend said he will call me back and hasn't for the past 2 days. He called me today and I asked him and he said he passed out. He drinks with his friends. Ever since the first time having sex, I have no problem getting it up during foreplay and oral, but as soon as its time for intercourse it goes limp, and I cant figure out why, eventually after trying over and over with the same person it starts getting better, but I cant figure out why the first time, it poses a problem on many occassions

I had a heache for around two weeks, very mind, used to come and go away, however, since this morning my neck started hurting too.. I took medications for sinus. My head is fine. 'halal' muslim butchery shops sell ONLY beef/chicken meats that are slaughtered, the most hygienic way, by a certain and qualified butcher muslim man/woman. no pork/lard/ham/bacon should be seen in any of these shops.

for halal foods, the contents/ingredients of the food products/items MUST not contain ANY alcohol or any pork. the food packagings should have an icon/stamp at the corner to show that the food is 'HALAL', so that it's okay for the muslims to eat.

in it i moved back into the house i used to live in but we didnt have to pack and unpack, everything was already in there. and i had an older sister like in real life but it wasnt the same older sister. so my parents were over at the neighbor's house and i have no idea where my older sis was but i was watching her kid (she doesnt have one in real life) and i tied my dog up outside cuz i was fixing to go to the neighbor's also and i left the kid inside. a while later i walked outta the neighbor's house and my dog was shaking in the side yard as far away from the house as she could get and i heard the kid screaming and it stopped and i saw my history teacher run outta the house and look over at me so i ran back into the neighbor's house and cried cuz i knew he killed the little girl. so the next day i was still crying and me and my parents went into our house to find not the little girl but my sister who isnt my sister but was in my dream. then i woke up crying. what does it all mean?

need some favour. i am learning a breathign technique which suppose to be simple according to the book but i still not get it.


the process is:

--slowly expand the abdoment by pushing down the diaphragm muscle (without force, be gentle) and allow your tummy to move forward and out.

anyone who understand it or have done it, can u elaborate more to me? maybe here? email ? picture or video ? thanks
