hi guys,

need some favour. i am learning a breathign technique which suppose to be simple according to the book but i still not get it.


the process is:

--slowly expand the abdoment by pushing down the diaphragm muscle (without force, be gentle) and allow your tummy to move forward and out.

anyone who understand it or have done it, can u elaborate more to me? maybe here? email ? picture or video ? thanks

Breathe so that your chest is not moving. Imagine that you are moving your tummy in and out of a space in your pelvis

I do that all the time for band. when we breathe we are supposed to breathe like that. (abdominal breathing)

all I can say is don't breathe up in your chest. but try to stay natural about it.
a good way to tell if your doing it right is lay down and put a book down on your belly and start abdominal breathing if the book goes up then your doing it right.
