The thing about successful carnival games (for the business person anyway) is that their level of difficulty needs to be great enough that you can reasonably expect to take in more money than it costs you in both supplies and prizes, AND that it needs to look easy enough to convince people they want to try to win your prizes.

Are you charging $2 for one dart throw, or for more than one dart throw? At a distance of 14 feet or more, you'd have to be a pretty good shot to hit the bulls eye. Some people are very good with darts though, so you might want to do something funky like put together special darts that are weighted at the back to throw off the casual dart-thrower.

The real trick with carnival games is that most of them look easy but are usually quite difficult. I won't be trying your darts out though. I'm just as likely to hit the dart board as miss it, let alone the bulls-eye. ;-) I think others would like it, though.

You might get more interest by just offering a cash prize. Cost you less too. Heck when I was a kid, we did that to win a plaster cupe doll. Only cost a quarter back then. But back then a quarter was worth about $2.00 today. Cupe doll was worth nothing.
