All of a sudden I am seeing a new thing in my son. The moment I open his diaper he reaches for his penis and testecles. He squeeses them. I find this very painful while he does not feel anything. He is exploring himself but will he hurt himself. He also hits himself there at times when he is playing and happy. Please advise.

Can IIS work independently? Or do I have to install other software like PHP, Apache, etc....? I am trying to make a web server on my own pc even just for 1 hour straight. If IIS can work independently, can anyone please teach me how to use it because I am trying to use it but when I type my IP address in my browser I see my router's web page/configuration page/blah blah.. Please teach me how to use it and if you provide links please see to it that they are really useful.. (And please don't advise me to sign up for a web hosting site..).. Sisters and brothers. Why do you suppose we are hated so much? How does that make you feel?

I've been looking around at many questions about blacks and I'm noticing things like this.

We are labeled one thing as a whole people. Like a person would say, Lions are carnivores or Alligators are aggressive. People talk about us like we are animals and not individuals with faults and strengths like others.

When talking about our people's great achievements in Yisrael and Egypt, they say foolish things like they were brown-skin but not black. I mean, what is a brown skin African American? Are we not black. But brown and dark skin Africans who've done things still unmatched are not black. Why do you suppose they aggrandize negatives and ignore positives? How do you feel?

Work has become a real downer lately. I've gotten more and more depressed about the way they treat me. I used to suffer from depression years ago, but their treatment at the moment is getting me more ill. I work in an office so its not like my job is hard but I feel like I'm being bullied by management. I could never speak up because it would cost me my job and any hopes of a future one.

If I go home sick today I could get taken to a stage 3 disciplinary meeting where I would surely get sacked and let me assure you. I would never get an office job again if I got sacked at stage 3 which basically constitues gross misconduct. What to do?
