The polar bear is the only true carnivore of the three. It sees all other animals as prey, no matter how big. For this fact, it would be the most agressive in it's attacks. Plus, it's thick layer of blubber (which helps insulate it from the Artic cold) probably would help it sustain blows from the brute strength gorilla. Those two facts plus the weight and size in it's favor would seat the polar bear in the favorite position. And I'm thinking a gorilla would overpower and out-manuever a grizzly. The dexterity of a gorilla and the whole having an opposable thumb thing give the gorilla a huge advantage against most animals of comparable size and stature.

Let us start with the line up. A Gorilla can weigh up to 500lbs. Grizzly Bears, of which the Kodiak Bear is the largest of them all, can exceed well over 1,700lbs in weight. The Polar Bear itself, well, just don't go there. 150,000 years of adaptation has given these animals strength like you don't want to know. One example, is when a dozen Beluga Whales were trapped in a small pocket of water. The ice was totally solid around them & there was nowhere else for them to go. Surrounding them, however, was a group of Polar Bears. Polar Bears are almost exclusively left-handed & can strike with deadly force. One by one, the bears were striking the whales across the head, & killing them with a single blow. The largest predator on land was killing an animal, which tipped the scales at 4 tonnes. They were then diving in to the water, grabbing their whales, & then dragging them onto the ice & eating them. Polar Bears are exclusively carnivorous & have a massive set of canines. I work at the Natural History Museum & we have a Polar Bear on display in the Mammals gallery. It's a massive animal. The paws are as big as a man's chest. Gorillas are known to be up to eight times as strong as a man. That's alot of strength. A Kodiak Bear is huge & powerful, but a Polar Bear is known for it's extremely powerful shoulders, which provide it with enough strength, to smash its paws through ice that can be up to 4 feet thick, all in a single blow. Ultimately, the Polar Bear is likely to come first, with the Grizzly in 2nd place.

Gorrila when attacking exerts pressure - 400kg / square inch.
Grizzly - 598kg / square inch.
Polar bear - 124kg / sq. inch.
Therefore, grizzly has the highest pressure exert while attacking.
Now coming to other aspects:-
Fight - grizzly
Group fight - gorilla
Speed - polar bear
Attacking pressure - grizzly
Slicing pressure - polar bear
Crushing pressure - gorilla
Size - grizzly (Note : It's gorilla and not Godzilla)
Weight - grizzly (polar bear - 700 kg and gorilla - 550 kg) with weight of 1000 kg.
Therefore, considering all facts, the grizzly bear would defeat the either two.
