How to know there not abusers???

first the abusers are verbal..even saying mean things and then saying "gee i am just kidding" these creeps get bolder and bolder and soon they are using their fist on your face instead of just verbally assaulting you. this is a progressive measure and when they get to hitting they say "i will never do THAT again" but they always do and then its worse...finally when you do something you are either scared for life or dead.
I am a guy and thats what we do when we are screwe up and a momma's boy...yes, nice boys are abusers too...their mother has told them already that whatever the fault is its not their precious sons/.....

Well, I would suggest being introduced my mutual friends or colleagues. Failing that, try to meet guys at an activity that you enjoy so at least you'll have something in common and it's a much more natural, organic way of meeting someone as opposed to speed dating or something like that.
Also, a guy who works and has outside interests will more likely be well adjusted and normal than some psycho on the internet or through a dating service (probably hideously shy or bad social skills). I recommend indoor rock climbing as a great place to meet outgoing active guys, wine tasting tours and short courses in languages etc etc.
Men who abuse children tend to have difficulty maintaining strong relationships with adults, so look out for loners and people without a lot of friends. If you're talking about physically abusive, just look out for violent tempers, road rage and people who have a short fuse. I always try to get them really really drunk and see what their behaviour is. If they get angry and aggressive, it's not a good sign.

To find the right man. I guess he'll come whenever the time is right I guess. To find out that they aren't abusers is rather hard I guess you have to wait sometimes because if you ask them straight up they might start to think that you have no trust in them at all.

Stop looking, he will come to you.it could be days,months or years,but he'll come.Some people get so desperate because they are alone and goes out with the first one that comes,that's a mistake.Good things come when you wait,so be patient.you'll be happy you waited,you'll see.Good Luck!
