My gym (USA gym) has a bench press contest every month. The gym record was 525 & the man who accomplished that has a plaque on the wall, picture on the wall, a 500+ bench press T-shirt with the gym logo & receives accolades everyday at the gym.

The last competition my goal was 535 pounds. I brought in my own spotter (Jessie). I struggled a bit - but got the 535 up, however, Jessie applied his two pinky's to the bar to make sure it was balanced and now the gym WILL NOT acknowledge my record. They say Jessie helped me with the spot. Jessie told them at most his pinkies took away 2 pounds but the gym will not budge. Even if Jessie did help I still pressed 533 pounds.

They will not give me the plaque, picture, T-shirt or accolades. Now I got my own T-shirt made that states on the front 535 pound bench press champion & the back says "USA is NOT OK" to mock the gym. The gym told me I can't wear the T-shirt and will NEVER acknowledge my 535 record. Why is the gym doing this to me?

i woke up one morning in september and i felt so drowsey, almost like i had been drugged up on cold medicine or something. i went and showered before school. while i was showering, i felt small bumps along my upper right shoulder. it was like a little square of needles and punctured me there! i mean thee are about 12 little white dots forming a perfect square on my arm! how does that catch you? but it doesnt stop there. on my stomach, there are two scars, both above my belly button, that are exactly the same. there about 3 cm. across and paralell.so what do u think? was i abducted by aliens? i certinetly believe in them. ~Phoenix Sorceress~

I see some of my friend's kids they are kinda spoiled. I just wonder why they don't hit to discipline them and train how to be an obedient. In asia if the kids are likely stubborn or seemingly learning bad behaviours the parents would hit them, not s everely but it would also hurt the kid. Do you think hitting is a good way to discipline chidlren?

My ex has turned me from a woman who was nice and agreeing on terms of vsistation even though we were not together(of Course) but he added a problem I didn't ask for. His whore that he cheated with and now lives with dictates what he says to me on the phone and is always in my business when we talk about our son.
I feel I am turning into angry person b/c of this and I don't want to be. I was fine before and I gave so many chances but he went to far when my son heard him call her his wife over the phone and he was very upset. He was crying to me about it and it made me mad. I am pissed off my baby is hurt and I feel like I don't know what to do? I hate them now more then ever for making my baby hurt! Help!
He doesn't see them their in another state and my ex can't visit he's on probation and he hasn't been there for him.

I don't bad mputh him in front of my son either but I am really angry right now and i hate what happened and the fact my sonhad to be in the middle of that.

I have a 75 gallon freshwater fish tank with allot of plants, which i am trying to replicate my dads tank. i want more plants but it seems that they are not doing to well. I use the normal kent growth stuff but i have been reading about co2 systems.

I am not sure what it does fully or what i would have to do to set it up or what i need to set it up. And help would be great and options that anyone knows about.

I have also heard that it is dangerous? not sure what that ment lol.

I was backing out of my drive Sat. night and I bumped a truck. It was a friends or employee of the neighbors. They always have cars parked there and everywhere else. It was too late to knock on the door. I stoped and checked his vehicle. I didn't see anything . I returened 5 min later and still nobody came out. I know they were up. People come and go at late hours all the time. He is over there again and parked furthur back. I hope I didn't damage his truck! Should I at least go place a note on his car? This is killing me! On top of it --we just moved in 6 months ago.

i am a 13 yr. old girl. i had the flu for the past three days. ive gotten over all the symptoms and everything but i cant seem to get past being dizzy. everytime i stand up or even sit up, i feel faint and about to throw up. i tried drinking more water and orange juice but nothing else really. i really have to get better by tomorrow. any suggestions?
