It seems the US feels the need to enforce its version of pseudo-democracy all over the world. Sometimes US 'assistance' is requested by a country, other times it seems unwarranted. Perceived threats to the US often turn out to be imaginary, Iraq, Iran and North Korea spring to mind. Quick reactions do not always result in the best decisions.

I am overeating due to giving up smoking, I have put on 5 Kg. in the 2 months since I quit! I do lots of exercise, but I'm still eating too much to keep it off! Does anyone know if there is a natural remedy, or something to stop this sweet tooth/apetite which I don't normally have?

I've only had him for just over a week. At least oncea day he has been going crazy flapping his wings squaking and darting back and fowards in his cage. He's been flipping his head about up and down really fast.It only lasts for a couple of minutes. It's like he's scared of something but I can't see anything that could spook him. After he does this he seems a bit edgy and doesn't respond to me like he does any other time of the day. Is it normal and is there anything that i can do?

My husband is addicted to Internet Pornography. He hides it & is sneaky about it. We've argued about it in the past, and I thought it was over with, but I noticed him acting differently and a few days later found pornography on our computer. He swore months ago that he'd stop (he tried Sex Addicts Anonymous SA) I can't trust him and am considering a divorce. I think the porn is getting the best of him-HELP!

I met this girl and she is nice and decent. From the moment we met I have seen that she was interested in me. Soon after she started calling me and we have met three times in three weeks. One weekend we were in some pleasant place and I found my self kissing her. We have again done this in the follwing weekend. The problem is that I do not have the required feeling for her and my heart is so far away from her. I don't think that I could do this any more cause I don't feel any thing for her. Since she is a nice girl, how could I make this less painful before it is too late and too painful cause the less the time we had the less the pain it will be. My problem is that he is very unstable, irritable and cries most of the time at night, he had a tonsilisis removal and nosal dranage . Half the time during his sleep he will just cry and ask for water, is this sort of behaviour normal or should i worry. he'se been to check ups after op and the doctor confirmed that he is fully recovered.
