calendar days are the days of the month. Work days are the days that you work. It can be any day of the month especially if you are a shift worker.

Calendar days are exactly that, days on a calendar. Working days are days that are spent working. In most situations it is considered Monday through Friday but if it is an issue with probation as a new hire it can mean any days that you work the required number of hours to count as one day.

work days, or 'business days' refers to Monday thru Friday (or Saturday, if it refers to fedex shipping, for instance) and discounting weekends and holidays. Using Feb 27th (Tues) as an example, 10 calendar days would make it March 9th. But 10 workdays/business days would make it March 13th. The worst time of the year to get something in workdays is, obviously, Christmas/New Years

Work days are generally considered Monday through Friday which are the days in which the majority of banks and businesses used to conduct business. Many banks are open on Saturday now, however they are not functioning with a full complement of help to process transactions.

There is small difference that Calender days include all days, when the work days consist on not included holidays.

A work day is Monday thru Friday and a Calendar day is any day (sunday thru saturday)

If you use Excel to count days, there is a WORKDAYS function that accounts for weekends. Useful sometimes.
