Perhaps check out if there are any French Art House films playing in London.

Check out the Curzon Soho cinema, as they have a lot of foreign language films.

Then perhaps you can pop around the corner to a french pastry shop (eg. Patisserie Valerie) for a treat!

Why don't you bring your class to France?

Of course their have been connections between France and London, but you won't find in London more connections to France than you'll find in the USA, and one thing is for sure, the English don't speak more french then the Americans.

You could take them to a traditional French restaurant, there are likely to be thousands of them.
