I am 24/male. I get angry a lot. I often have nasty and long fights with my dearest friend due to my hot-tempered nature. There are wounds from my past that don't heal up and keep my mind agitated all the time. Since, she is my closest friend I often pour out all my frustrations on her. I also verbally abuse her which hurts her.

However, it is not right to hurt my friend because of all this. She says, I am full of self-pity. She has been nice enough to forgive me every time.

1. Should I give up my friendship with her because I am causing a lot of pain to her? Probably, she will be happier if I leave her alone and never talk to her. What do you suggest? But this will be too difficult for me to bear. Her friendship means a lot to me.

2. How can I remove self-pity? I don't want to blame others for my frustrations. I want to take the responsibility of my frustrations on myself and I want to let this feeling of self-pity and frustrations go away from my mind.

Hi does anybody know how i would transfer my paypal funds from items ive sold on ebay to my debit card ? There seems to be nothing clear on there about this , ive checked the option transfer funds and send money but none offer the option to your debit card , can anybody help ?Thanks

My dog is 11 years old and has had ongoing problems with his back legs. He has trouble getting up and when out walking sometimes the leg goes weak on him. His back dips also. I think its is arthtritis or something. Ive never been able to get it checked at the vets cos they need him upside down and laying perfectly still on a table for an X Ray. (I dont think so)! Anyway there was a remarkable improvement after giving him rymidil for months but then he started to get diarroiah and blood in his poo. He had a blood test and all was clear. I took him off the tablets and his poo became normal again for one week. I then put himback on the tab and the symtoms came back so I cannot really continue with the tabs even though they are helping his legs, as obviously he is losing nutrients though loose bowel movements and the blood cant be a good sign. Does anyone have any other recommendations of how I can ease his legs?

Should I continue having feelings with this ex that I have? I've known him for 8 years and we dated on and off for a long time. But then, he moved to Texas for graduate school and I'm all the way at California. I really miss him sometimes and I know that he's busy with graduate school. The main problem that I have with him is that don't really communicate with each as often. I emailed him once and he didn't reply for about 7 days. But, surprisingly, when I email him about serious problems that i deal with, he responds pretty quickly.. I don't know if I want to stay with him anymore... Although we're friends nonw and that he has agreed to be friends so that we won't end up hurting each other as a result, it's really hurting my concentration in my academics. I had two academic probations because I was so distracted by him not returning by emails. But then, he also had the similar situation during his undergrad years. Whhat should I do? Should I just move on?? Thanks for reading!!

Mi familia y yo fuimos a un viaje al Redwood National Park hace dos veranos. Este fue el mejor viaje que he pasado jamas, porque mi familia entera fue. El primer dia fuimos a ver los arboles grandes de la Secoya. Despues, fuimos a nuestro campamento y el conjunto arriba nuestras tiendas. Entonces jugamos junto al rio y comimos sandia. En la noche nos sentamos alrededor del fuego y comimos malvaviscos. Al dia siguiente fuimos de excursion en un rastro. Una vez que llegamos a la cima del rastro nosotros y el conjunto arriba una merienda campestre. Habia un paisaje hermoso. Despues que nosotros comimos volvimos al campamento y nos relajamos. Esa noche antes de irnos tuvimos una cena grande. Al dia siguiente todos nos levanta mos temprano y empacamos nuestro material en la camioneta. Este viaje fue uno de los mejores que mi familia ha pasado porque todos tuvimos un gran tiempo.

I have a guyfriend whose already told me he likes me and I told him that I prefer if we stay friends. We've still been hanging around each other like nothings change. However, recently he told me he likes me again, and again I tell him I like him as a friend. He's now seeming more depressed, constantly avoiding me and playing songs (Chris Daughtry's "It's Not Over") that make me feel terrible. I don't know what to do, I really like him but its best if we stay friends. I value your opinions.
