pretty scary that the first two things that come to everyone's mind are 1. Sexual voyeurism, and 2. Surveillance of loved ones. Interesting. A social psychologist would have an absolute field day with this.
Other things that have not been mentioned that would be fun:
-Stealing money from a bank vault
-Choosing someone (either at random or someone you know) and making them think that they are insane by talking to them all the time
-Sitting in on one of Dick Cheney's secret meetings
-Actually finding out what people are like when they think that they are alone
-Just drive around and seriously freak people out! (gggg-ghost car!)

i would murder my step mum - cos she has f ucked life for all of us, and at the same time f cuked my dad, and before i do that - i would listen in on some of their cpnversation, cos she stirs my dad up against us (my mum and siblings) then murder her!
then i would go to a football match somewhere or other - and sneak into the guy's changing rooms and haunt them - it would b funny

go to a big football game and sneak into the men's locker room!! haha or a more likely approach go watch my boyfriend at firestation see what he talks about when he''s with the boys see what they do there could be fun try and grab him in the shower haha!
