I have been married 20 years. I am a stay at home mom. I have never had a job, but I raised our 5 kids. I am leaving my husband and want to know if he is legally obligated to help me with spousal support, even though we are not divorced. For the last 2 -3 years he has basically only paid for rent and food. I have gotten no clothes, shoes, hair cuts, no movies etc. I do not even have a car, as mine was repossesed because he wouldn't help me pay anymore.He has told me if I leave him he will take custody of our minor daughter, who is 13 years old. Does she have a say in who she wants to live with? Remember, I have no job, no car, and no means of supporting her, except for him.All of our things are in storage(19 months now, and he quit paying for it. All my lifes treasures like my photo albums, year books, kids baby books and first hand prints, not to mention all their trophies. My oldest son was a valedictorian and his gold cap and gown are in storage too.Our home was foreclosed

I went to the Rodeo this weekend in Houston, TX and all white people sponsor each other and have all western attire and laughing and having a good time and they have their private party tents but the few black people that were there looked out of place, why blacks can't stick together and do things the civilized way like whites?

This is a question I'm making so all the EXPERIENCED betta keepers can make a lit of some of the common betta myths and why they are wrong.

To start this off, I wanted to provide some pictures of betta habitats (feel free to expand). Notice, that although the water is shallow, it is a HUGE area, which is important because it allows the water to be much more stable than a small, shallow bowl, and also the betta has room to swim.

Also, keep in mind when answering: bettas do not live in ALL rice paddies. Obviously if they are a man made terraced system, it is probably not a betta habitat. They have to get there in the first place, tehy don't just appear magicaly because it's a rice field.

Im wanting to go somewhere in America or Canada, in July/August this year, but dont really care where - once Im there, ill have a look round and move on. I want a list of flight prices, by date, so I can choose where to go, and see how much it will be. Only problem is, the sites i find, you have to choose specific date, and get a price, then do the next date and then the next....HELP!

i just rescued a kitten from a house with about 10-15 other cats. i think she's about 2 months old. she's been playing with toys, she used the bathroom in her litter box and she took a nap, but she won't eat anything. i tried to hand feed her by holding some dry food to her nose/mouth & i tried to feed her with an eye dropper but that didn't work either. the house we rescued her from was very dirty and it appeared the cats were just eating anything they could find instead of having a bowl with food put down. any advice on how i can get her used to eating out of her bowl?
