It was the Adamic language that was spoken in the Garden of Eden. How long this pure and undefiled language was used after the expelling of our first parents from the Garden is unknown, but we can certainly depend this language stopped at the Tower of Babel.

We don't know what language Adam spoke, but he was able to name the animals and communicate with Eve. So, from the very beginning, man was intelligent and spoke a language. He wasn't an ignorant caveman who used grunts to communicate with others.
May God bless you

The true believers were not at the Tower of babel when YHVH confused the languages. It would seem that He spoke Hebrew.
