Does anyone have any real ghosts experiences?

Yes I have many story I've seen ghost all my life actually right now I'm seeing one she is a girl about 12-13 y.o and is watching me. That does not scare me I'm used to.

Back in 1982, I was 12 years old. I went to spend the summer with my grandmother. I rode my bicycle down the road looking to make some friends. I come to a driveway that went way back off the road to an old farm house. the drive was kind of "L" shaped. As I rode my bike down the drive, at the other end I see this person walking towards me. I thought to myself I'll ask if there are any kids that live there when I meet up with this person. Well, after a few minutes, I was at the other end of the drive. I stopped suddenly, realizing that, I had ridden all this way and I never passed anyone. I turned and looked back towards the road where I started my journey from and the person was coming back up the drive. I thought how strange I don't remember passing this person along the way. So, I turned back to head on to the house. I was gonna check for myself if there was any kids here. When I got to the house, there was weeds, brush and briars growing all around the white 2 story brick house. all the windows were brokenthe doors were busted or rotten. You could tell that no one had lived in that house for a very long time. That's when I high tailed it out of there.
As far as I know, what I seen was a ghost/spirit of an old man who, it appearred was going to check the mail or something.

To Zachary 9351 - people who dont believe will not be open to ever seeing any spirits or having any experiences with the after life. I have had lots of experiences with the spirit world and if you look at many of the past answers on this forum quite a few people have had experiences as well - yes maybe some have been made up in drunken expression but many are quite sincere. Quite straight thinking people post questions about having experiences where recently deceased realtives hav contacted them or their best friend has departed this world and they are now being contacted and there is a degree of confusion and fright in their questions. To say with absolute resolve no one in the world has a ghost experience is pretty subjective because I have and many others like me have also.

I have!!

I was about 14 years old in Malaysia and we went to a camp in a well known haunted area in the jungle. I had to go to the bathroom real bad around 3 ish am and so i went. The bathroom was empty because i had to turn on the light and then i went into the second bathroom stall and latched the door. A few moments later, the door moved as though someone had pushed on it to see if my stall was occupied and latched or vacant. The door rattled slightly in its latch and i said, "someone's in here". I heard no reply. My heart races a little as i bent over to look under the door for someone but noone was there. As i came back up into my seated position, i see something at the top of the door from the nose up with slightly wider opened eyes just staring at me. It looked female, long slightly messy hair and very very slightly translucent and don't forget, i didn't see no legs. At this point, i am frozen solid, i can't explain the feeling but i felt heavy. I could not move or scream. Have you ever dreamt like you were running away from something and your body doesn't move no matter how hard you try? It's that feeling. It was the longest 2 minutes of my life!! I closed my eyes, i said a prayer and just as quietly as it came, it left. I cleaned up quick, pulled up my pants and got the hell out of there. I woke my friends up and turned on the lights in our room, they said my face was white because all my blood was pumping to my muscles. Argh.... i still get goosebumps telling the story!!

I volunteered for years at the Mansfield Reformatory Historic Site. It's in Mansfield, Ohio. It's the building where most of the Shawshank Redemption was filmed. So many strange things happened there, from doors opening and closing, to footsteps and strange sounds, to seeing them just wandering around. Only a few times did I feel anything negative. I haven't checked it in a while, but the website for the reformatory used to have some good stories on it.

Yes. I've answered these questions before. I still have at least 2 in the house, but they're not evil. They just move things & then move them back. I'll see them go by the door, etc. We're aware of each other, but don't really bother each other. I've seen some which were just like memories or videos. They weren't aware of me & there was one evil one in the house when I was a child. That's a longer story. E-mail me if you want to hear it.

in england i worked at an old prisoner of war camp in the 80's. the experience was frightening. all i can say , i awoke with a heavy presence on top of me ,then i felt hands around my throat ( tried to shout to a friend of mine in the next bed and others in the room ) but couldnt say anything plus my body seemed to be paralysed .if i moved the hands gripped tighter around my throat ......hard to explain the feeling now ?? ive read bout my syndrome since and doctors or whoever have described it as" sleep paralysis". meaning the brain is active but the body is in the dream mode ? i.e paralysed ? has anyone else had the same experience ?

yes i have had a real gost experince a few years ago me and my best friend kelly where over ar her house and in order to get into her back yard you had to go threw the garage the garage door was closed and me and kelly opened the door in her house that leads into the garage and in the garage the is this old car her dad was supposed to fix up but he never did and we where going to the back yard and there was a man siting in the drivers seat of the car we screemed and ran back in the house and got her mom but when her mom went to see the car was empty . if you have questions email me at [e-mail].

Yes. I was in Lake Tahoe in a rented cabin, reading and basically getting ready to go to sleep. One light was on behind me, and there was a small children's lamp behind me to my left which was off. As I was reading my magazine, the child's lamp turned on by itself. It was turned on at the switch, even though that required a deliberate use of force. I didn't sleep in that room again.
