Ok..overall I am doing better than I was
Before: McDonalds, Steak-n-shake (lots of nuggets and chicken strips)
Now: lots of Mexican which includes corn tortillas, onion, garlic, tomatoes, hot chiles
lots of chicken!!! (sometimes fried in cholestorol free oil)
apples, grapes, bananas
salad with dressing
LOTS of eggs (scrambled w/ milk)
LOTS of potatoes (mashed, baked)
LOTS of icecream (chocolate brownie..but I don't like milk so I use it for calcium)
lots of chocolate milk (to supplement my calcium)
lots of cereal (raisin bran usually) w/ a litle milk
grape juice
water

ok...that is about the only foods I eat. Is there something obviously missing?
Please give me some foods with lots of fiber.

I've been trying to organize a new party to promote peace and unity globally to erase hatreds and stop wars.I intended to run for elections this year and form the new gov. with this mandate;if I would've won.I'me onhold right now because the gov. abducted my wife and young daughter from their home with the use of and threath to shoot through the door because they got angry & could not produce any warrant when asked. Is it dangerous to drive with the gas cap off, that is, the gas pipe is exposed?

I've called state police in the past when I saw someone on the highway with their cap off. Am I overreacting or not? I would think that, for example, someone flicking a cigarette out their window could send an ember into the pipe, etc.

Unfortunately there is no international gesture for "hey, your gas cap is off", as there is for, say, "hey, you're an a**hole for cutting me off."

Just a though, maybe if some of us would settle for "good enough" instead of perfection all the time in order to keep relationship going well? Maybe some of us just too demanding that we cant or forget to enjoy and remember the good times of the relationship focusing only on bad things that had happen in a past while you two was in relationship? I'm thinking of getting a lens implant for myopia but am wondering if this will cause reading problems?

Will I need reading glasses earlier?
Can I still use bifocal lenses if needed?
Is there a maximum difference between the two powers of the bifocal lenses which is possible?
Can you get bifocal lenses for example with a +2 part for reading?

I'm helping a user in a small office with an odd problem.
When they open up a new email and start to write body text,
the Paragraph mark appears. I can turn it off, but the user would rather not have to turn it off every time they write a new email.

Removing "word" as the editor does work, but the user
really likes the realtime "wavy line" autocorrect that the
built-in editor doesn't seem to provide.

I tried a few things, including deleting normal.dot, which forces
Word to rebuild it.

Any ideas on how I can force the Paragraph marker
to stop appearing in newly composed emails?
(In a Reply, it does not appear).

My cat was just diagnosed with diabetes. I'm also diabetic and test my sugar level throughout the day using a glucometer. I haven't spoken with the vet yet, but does anyone know if you can even test a cat's sugar by yourself without having to go/pay for the vet?

The insulin is really expensive and I'm trying to do the best that I can. Visiting the vet every few weeks is something that I just can't afford, no matter how much I'd love to. Is this the only way to tell if the insulin is the correct amount? How would you even know if it was making the cat hypoglycemic? Thank you.

My mom is a breast cancer survivor of several years. She hasn't been in the best of shape since then and her heart especially. Recently, she did some tests and spent a day with a portable device that measured her heart beats. When she came home from the doctor's office, I was looking at the charts and her heart rate isn't normal. The regular heart beat had distanced pauses in between each beat, but her heart beat chart went up and down without a set interval. Her doctor is looking into the problem, but I was wondering if other professional cardioalogists could give me their opinion on what might be the cause of my mom's abnormal heart rate. She says it gets worse during allergy season. Also, before she has had breif moments where she felt really tired or had a moment where she has had to sit down really quickly from unstability. Is this problem with her heart cancer realted? Could it be genetics? or something else?
