no that is not physically possible,the penis is not a muscle,it is a group of blood veins,there is no way to get sufficient blood pressure to lift ur hole body weight up,ur penis veins will actually explode if u seriously try to do that.and that is so silly thing to do,it was made for sex not for push ups.get a life.lol
