Yes, sadly I believe it. I am not suprised of the overturning, that idiot judge made a complete spectacle of himself and his court decision. The growing group of leeches surrounding the body and the baby are nothing but fodder for the news media and future books, tv and movie deals. It is a sad commentary on human nature.

I did just hear it, live on the news......what a zoo...I agree that her mom neads control over some of this but If it were me I would want to be near my son.....period. Her mother is coming across as a concerned parent who doesn't want stern to have a chance to complete the murders.....two down, one to go.....If I were her I would forget the body....she's dead...would put my energy towards the grand daughter alone...I fear for that little girl..stern is like dead man walking...how long he will last in prison...about 20 seconds.....

I am SO tired of the case in generally. They aren't doing her soul justice by stuffing her in a fridge and trying to give her baby away to two guys that just want the money

Her mother looks and sounds creepy, and they were estranged. Why would she even WANT the body? I think she's riding her daughter's coattails to celebrity. Very pathetic.

What ever....This is some saga....I think she belongs in the Bahama's with her son, after all she bought the plots. They should put her to rest and deal with all the other important stuff....like the child!!!!!!!!!!!

She obviously wanted to be buried with her son, why won't they grant her that much. She suffered so much in her life and now now they won't let her rest in peace.
I feel sorry for her, as I would any human being that would be treated disrespectfully after their death.
