No you cannot. However, there are several manufacturers including GM and Ford that produce engines capable of accepting FlexFuel, yet they do not advertise it. Take a look at the owner's manual for your car and see if it is one of them.

If not built for that, the alcohol will eat the gaskets and aluminum of an engine.

Simple answer is no. Just like alcohol, kerosene and gasoline all ignite, but you can't fill your car with alcohol.
