A couple years ago, something happened and they no longer agreed with what I said or did so all communication was dropped (my father included). What advice do you fellow Yahoo! Answers users have? I'm in the process of locating everyone's email address and mailing address, because I don't feel comfortable calling them up long distance on the phone.

I think I feel like if I'm not cheerful they'll fire me. Meanwhile, I'm stressed, overwhelmed, internally, and feel isolated because there's no one I can vent constructively to. Even if I am able to express my problems to some, they don't have any power over the situation and aren't in a position to help me. In fact that only people kind of talk to are the ones lowest in the structure. The downside of everyone thinking you're ok is that they think they can treat you worse, give you more work, tighter and tighter deadlines, etc, and take away more perks, it's like, she's happy, let's see if we can get away with this... still happy, ok, let's do this... but the times I have looked how I felt, haven't worked out. one time I eventually quit, and the other, I was let go. HOW TO ENSURE TRUE HAPPINESS AT WORK? This false happiness, pretend happiness, is really wearing me out :(

You know on when you search for things on the internet well a the mo mine is storing everything that I search for so if I start to write the word "Answers" and I've alreadt searched for it then the word appears in a box below with all the other words that I've previously search for beginning with an 'A'. Does anyone know how I set my computer so that it doesn't store everything that I search for? I don't search for dodgy stuff btw I just find it annoying!

I used to worked for a company. I didnt like the company much. It was just ok. I was getting $11 an hour. I quit that and got a job at a place that i like. But that is $10 an hour currently. Now after five months, I got a call from the owner of the previous company to join them again. But this time it is a higher position and the wage is $21 an hour. I am currenlty making $10 here. Will I look like a fool if I go back?

I am confused. Dont know if i should go back or not. The position they are offering is also challenging. I am kinda scared. Please advise me. Thanks

For those who keep a regular excercise regimen, how long do you wait before you return to the gym? I've been waiting as little as 5 days or so in the case of outlining, but larger areas I've waited two weeks.

Only thing is that two weeks is a long time to slack, and I'm naturally lazy (just consciously fight it a lot). I try to make up for no weight training by doing more cardiovascular, but it isn't the same.

To a certain extent I just follow the "does it hurt" test. However, sometimes it will feel fine and it isn't until I'm in the middle of a set that & move just the wrong way.

Hey guys,

well this budgie is truly amazing she was being beaten up by her partner and other breeding budgies in my avory. When i saw her she had one day old chicks. and blood comeing from her face where she was being pecked. So i immediatly removed her from the avory into a big cage i have. So she was on her own beaten up with 2 chicks.

i got told even healthy birds, if they are left on there own with chicks will probably die, from starvation or leave the chicks.

so i kept feeding the budgie and giving her clean water. And today i walk into the avory to this.

it brung a tear to my eyes,

so is there any food suppliments i should give the mum because of all her hard work. and to get her back to full health
