Is this you in the picture, because if this how you look, the answer is yes. Not too short though, you cut it shoulder length and have a lots of layers in the front but feathery looks, this will give you and illusion of oval face. More wisps to create the better.
So find a good hairdresser that will give you this hairstyle.

Personally-im striving for that long look ! but if ur sick and tired of dealing with long hair ...cut it off ..nothing will look wrong on you only if you dont know how to work it gurL ...Research how your gonna style ur hair after its cut stuff like that...that should help u out

You will never know until you try, but you could always try going shorter in gradual steps until your hair gets to a length you feel comfortablle at. remember your hair will always grow back over time

cut it....because if you cut it put waves in your hair and mix your hair gel with your conditioner and let it sit for 5-6 minutes then wash hair(don't overrinse it you want it pretty and moist).
