I see so many questions concerning how do I lose weight. The answer isn't popping pills, starving yourself, exercising AND cutting back on food, taking laxatives, etc etc.
It's a simple solution. Motivation, exercise, eat, and know your body. You can eat 4 or 5 meals a day depending on your level of activity and the demands of your exercise program (also providing you have a decent metabolism) But, I wouldn't recommend eating at McDonalds for each meal. Eat those types of food with great moderation. You'll start to look and feel great.
I see all positives in that and yet people will still go ahead and do the things I mentioned above or worse yet, suggest it to other people.
Is it just ignorance? misinformation? lack of education? hoping to hear others will just say forget it, you'll never lose weight and just call the whole attempt off? What do you think or, if you are ones who chooses to lose weight the bad way, what is your way to lose weight and why do you do it that way?
