I had a baby about eight months ago. I need help losing the rest of my weight. I am at 134 lbs right now and wants to be down to like 125 or so. What can I do? I also want to lose my stomach.... any body have any suggestions for me!? Dont just tell me diet.. personal experience would help so much!

Breakfats 2 apples or,cerela with lowfat milk,oatmeal.
Snack-fruits,nut trail mix,low fat yogurt
Lunch-salad with anything you want except that you need to stay away form this foods- Potato,too much rice,bread,pasta,sweets,sodas.
Dinner -something light vegetables with wheat bread sandwitch.

work out.- bellydancing,salsa. or any cardio for 20-30 min 4x week. lifting weights will help your stomach.

When i first started dancing i did it for 20 min a day and in 2 weeks my waist and stomach were getting smaller.

You can goto Walmart and they have some exercise equipment for low prices =] like around 20 or soo

The best thing you can do is excercise and eat small portions in the day. I suggest maybe eating with chop sticks. This decreases your hunger. (why do you think chinese are so skinny).
