I had a baby about eight months ago. I need help losing the rest of my weight. I am at 134 lbs right now and wants to be down to like 125 or so. What can I do? I also want to lose my stomach.... any body have any suggestions for me!? Dont just tell me diet.. personal experience would help so much!

Wow, you're lucky, I had over 40 lbs to lose after I had my babies. What I did after everything else failed was I'm going to a gym that provides child care, that's the only way I can do it, that way I have no excuses not to go. For breakfast I have a yougurt and a piece of toast, for lunch I go to subway for a veggie sandwich, and for dinner I eat with my family but a smaller, controlled portion. And try to increase your water intake, even if 8 glasses a day isn't doable just start carrying around a water bottle (if you start going to the gym you will probably drink 20-30 oz of water just while youre working out) I didnt cut out all my naughty foods, but I have cut back a lot, I won't give up everything but I'm learning moderation. I hope a few of these tips help. I've lost 10 lbs just this month alone and I'm so excited I'm actually getting somewhere. Good luck hon.

I have lost 40 lbs since having my baby five months ago. What works for me is eating less by eating six small meals a day as that boosts metabolism. That can be carrot sticks as one meal. A chicken leg as one meal etc. Also have your lunch as y our main meal of the day and dont eat anything past 7-or 8. I got the video "exercizing for dummies or something' and ive just started doing that three tiems a week from home and i hope to lose eight more lbs to bring me down to 120. I was 140 before I got pregnatn so just exercize more and eat healithier.

I was 319 lbs. a year ago. I am now at 238 lbs. I went on the weight watchers diet. I didn't attend any meetings...just counted points. I also walked about 3 miles a day about 4 or 5 days a week.

i would try slim fast. it works.i use it. i have the slim fast optima. like the think to make shakes and um i buy the snacks(slim fast or any other diet snack)
this is my menu
Breakfast-1/2 a bannana in my shake ( i drink the chocolate shake)
Lunch- i have a regular meal. but not too much.. try to eat a certain time. i eat at 1pm everyday. my stomach is usto it.
snack- if u get hungry u can get the slim fast SNACKS make sure it doesnt say MEAL!!
Dinner-my shake and a hand full of special k wit 1/2 a bannana. ( u can try the shake with the bannana to c if u like it i like it but u dont have to drink it like that..)

thats what i did to loose weight... u only need to loose like 15 pounds so i would use pills or anything .u can also go to the gym and workout

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

What really helped me is going on a vegetarian diet. I loosed weight quick and got good skin.

i got winsdor pilates. It helps shed the pounds and reshape. you can do it in no time. for me i gained alot of weight with mine. You can do. Good luck
