I need to transfer my address in my outlook to my other mail account. The file name should be ending with .csv if I am correct.

the address book should be ending in .wab
you should also have an option in your files menu of the program to import the address book to another mail program.

File > Import/Export > Export to file > choose the folder and choose CSV as the output. Save the file and you are set to import into another program.

For outlook, your Personal Address Book is named something.pab and can be stored anywhere. Search for *.pab probably in the Documents and Settings directory.
