What songs do you hate to hear at a wedding? My Dj allows me to banded songs so he won't bring them and they won't be played.
I want to band the "chicken dance" and the "hookie pookie". I still have flash backs to my friend who had a very fancy wedding with a real violist group playing for 2 hours..... and then her aunt force her and the whole wedding party to do the chicken dance for the first fast song.... It was awful!!

that the father of my child finds it necessary to get blasted at least 4 days a week? It's either he goes out to the bars or has his friends over and they all drink and play loud music while I'm trying to sleep? I'm pretty upset and feeling very alone. Am I wrong for feeling this way? Any advice on what to do?

I don't drink to get drunk. I've been on my meds for 6 months now and have never drank while on them. I'm just wondering if I'll be ok if I casually drink.

I understand that if the owner lives in a four family house, 25% of the interest is shown as a deduction on Schedule A and 75% is shown as an expense on Schedule E.

However, exactly how does this benefit the owner? Lets assume the owner paid $500 over the course of the year in taxes and paid $100 in mortgage insurance.
