The simple answer is no more than is evident. The electrical and chemical activity in your brain (which is what you refer to when you say 'I') stops. The body decays, degenerates, is preserved or whatever but you no longer exist after the brain dies.

I've always believed in reincarnation, even when i was so young i didn't even know there was a name for it. I'm not religious or anything and if you want, technically I'm roman catholic, so it's just what I've always thought
